Our Mission

ElfSurgery is a comprehensive, privacy-first database for researching gender-affirming surgeons worldwide. We help trans and non-binary individuals compare prices, read reviews, and make informed decisions about FFS, top surgery, bottom surgery, and related procedures.

Privacy First

We believe healthcare research should be private. ElfSurgery:

• Collects minimal data
• Allows anonymous browsing and reviews
• Never sells user data
• Uses no third-party tracking
• Deletes verification documents after processing

Community Driven

Our database is built and maintained by the community. Every review, every price update, and every new surgeon listing comes from people who want to help others on their journey. We do not accept payment from surgeons or clinics for placement or reviews.

Data Sources

Surgeon information is compiled from official clinic websites, medical board registrations, and community contributions. Pricing data is gathered from published price lists and verified community submissions. We update our data regularly and welcome corrections.
