Community Guidelines

1. Respect

• Treat all users with dignity
• No deadnaming, misgendering, or transphobic content
• No harassment of reviewers or surgeons
• Be supportive—everyone is at a different point in their journey

2. Honesty

• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences
• Only review surgeons you've personally consulted or had surgery with
• Disclose any conflicts of interest
• Don't post fake reviews (positive or negative)

3. Privacy

• Don't attempt to identify anonymous reviewers
• Don't share others' personal information
• Respect that this is sensitive health information
• Don't post photos of other patients without consent

4. Constructive Criticism

Negative reviews are allowed and valuable. We encourage:

• ✓"The results weren't what I hoped for because..."
• ✓"Communication was difficult—emails took weeks to get responses"
• ✓"I experienced these specific complications..."

We don't allow:

• ✗Personal attacks or insults
• ✗Threats or harassment
• ✗Unverified claims presented as fact

5. No Commercial Activity

• No paid reviews or promotions
• No affiliate links
• Surgeons may claim profiles but not pay for placement
